IMPORTANT: This product is sensitive to heat and moisture, and we recommend vacuum-sealing and freezing it when storing. If left exposed to air under standard conditions it will turn into a paste. This will not affect the quality of the product, but it will make it more difficult to work with. If this occurs, the product can be re-solidified by freezing.
