Customers are able to earn points for every dollar spent on our site and redeem these points for discounts on future purchases.
How to redeem:
Points can be redeemed on both the Cart and Checkout screens. You will see a blue box that says “Use XX points for a XX discount on this order!” with clickable text that says “Apply Discount”. Click this text and a popup will appear, allowing you to enter the number of points you want to redeem.
How it works:
– You must have an account on our site to earn points.
– Every point you earn can be redeemed for $0.01 (eg. 4678 points redeemed will give you a $46.78 discount on the order).
– Every dollar spent will earn you 3 points ($0.03 earned for every $1.00 spent, effectively a 3% return in rewards points).
– Points earned will always round up to the nearest dollar (eg. spending $1.00 will give you 3 points but spending $1.01 will give you 6 points).
– Points are only awarded based on the subtotal of the order, and are not awarded on the cost of shipping or tax.
– Points cannot be redeemed to pay for shipping or tax.
– You can redeem as many points as you want on any order you want, up to the order subtotal, and points never expire.
– Points will be awarded to your account when payment for your order is successfully received. If an order is refunded, points earned for that order will be reversed.
– Your points balance and history are visible in My Account > Points.
