Loyalty Program

Customers are able to earn points for every dollar spent on our site and redeem those points for discounts on future purchases.

How to redeem:

Points can be redeemed at the Cart and Checkout screens. At the top of the checkout page you will see the following banner with the option to redeem points: 

 

 

 

 

 

Enter the amount of points you would like to redeem, press/click “Apply” and it will be applied as a coupon to your order. The “Use Max Amount” option will automatically redeem as many points as possible.

How it works:

– You must have an account on our site to earn points. If you place an order without being logged in, and there is an account associated with the email address used, points will still be awarded to that account.

– Every point you earn can be redeemed for $0.01 (eg. 678 points redeemed will give you a $6.78 discount on the order).

– Every dollar spent will earn you 3 points ($0.03 earned for every $1.00 spent, effectively a 3% return in rewards points).

– Points are only awarded based on the subtotal of the order, and are not awarded on the cost of shipping or tax.

– Points cannot be redeemed to pay for shipping or tax.

– You can redeem as many points as you want on any order you want, up to the order subtotal, and points never expire.

– Points will be awarded to your account when payment for your order is successfully received. If an order is refunded, points earned for that order will be reversed.

– Your points balance is visible on the My Account page.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Canada Post is currently on strike and they will no longer be processing mail until further notice. We are attempting to find an alternative courier but orders may not be shipped until the strike is over. We apologize for the inconvenience.
